Artwork and other Important Information

*We request that all artwork be turned in to us in its completed form ready for photographic reproduction, or in the form of a positive film master with screening within 150 lines.

* We would appreciate a printed sample to be attached, where possible.

*Artwork must leave a 10mm margin on all four sides. This includes company logos, trademarks, etc.

* Artwork must be submitted at least 20 days before printing deadline for clients in Japan. For clients overseas artwork must be submitted 50 days in advance.

* We reserve the right to have sponsors selling and/or advertising similar products in our magazine.

*We reserve the right to have special inserts and/or questionnaires placed in the magazine.

* Cancellation of advertisement agreements must be made in writing more than 60 days prior to the date of the issue in which the ad is to be placed.
